Welcome to Ramen Jun Westend, the world of powerful Tonkotsu Ramen.
No effort is too big for us to produce our particularly strong Tonkotsu pork broth. These types of ramen are a specialty in Master Jun’s home region of Tsubame Sanjo, in northwestern Japan. According to a traditional recipe we boil the broths for two whole days over high heat. The result is a creamy, velvety broth as the ideal basis for our tasteful Tonkotsu Ramen variations. We also offer a great vegetarian option. Roasted tomatoes, avocado and sesame enhance the soup and give the ramen a particularly deep and intense taste.
